Prepare for your “A race” with a tailored plan based on your current level of fitness and personal running goals.
All athletes receive:
- Initial 60 Minute phone/video call
- 12-20 week training plan for a either the 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon
- Incorporates training based on your current level and schedule
- A PDF will be sent to you within 3-5 business days after gathering information from the Athlete Questionnaire and our initial meeting or Plans are delivered via Final Surge (accounts are free for athletes and includes an easy-to-use app)
This is the most basic online coaching option and best for more experienced runners looking to execute a custom plan for a goal race on their own.
After an initial fitness assessment and phone consultation, I will design a customized training plan for you with detailed goal paces, distance, duration and intensity and we will review over the phone.
This plan does not include ongoing coaching services or email support; communication is minimal. Feel free to reach out by email or set up a meeting through my Calendy if we need to make any changes to your training plan or have questions throughout the training.
