Run coaching combined with a completely tailored training plan based on your current level of fitness and personal running goals that I customize to fit into your lifestyle. Will adapt as needed through the training cycle.
All athletes receive:
- Initial evaluation/fitness assessment where we review the athlete’s history and establish training goals, set up through Calendly.
- Customized plan delivered in 2-3 week increments*
- Access to coach via email and text
- Running-specific stretching and strength training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and prevent injury.
- Training and race day nutrition guidelines and overall nutrition and hydration recommendations to perform at your best.
- Training and race recovery guidelines.
- Ability to adjust the plan when “life happens”
- Race Strategy coaching call available (covering fueling, pacing, mental strategies, etc.)
- Weekly coaching communication within Final Surge
- This is at least a 3 month commitment and 30 day notice is needed before cancelling.
