All athletes receive:
- A PDF is provided for athletes looking to go their own pace and get started on their running journey with a goal of running a 5K at the end of the training.
- The training is 8 week starting with a run/walk plan to get you to the point or running continuous for the whole 5K.
- Two (2) strength day workouts are provided to be done during the weeks.
- Tips on good running form.
- This plan does not include ongoing coaching services or email support; communication is minimal but reach out by email if you have any questions. If you would like a more hands on approach, please see my premium coaching services.
- One Calendly meeting setup is allowed for the start of this service if you would like more information.
